General Policies
General Conduct
All clients are expected to treat Fresh & Clean staff members with respect. There is a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, and or harassment (verbal or physical), online or in-person. Failure to comply will result in the termination of services
Pets
NEPA Fresh & Clean loves your furry friends! However, please crate or separate any aggressive animals when services are being provided.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide 24 hours notice to change appointment day or time. Appointment adjustments cannot be guaranteed for the original booking day or week. Appointments canceled on the day of service will be charged the full-service amount.
Minors
NEPA Fresh & Clean is a family friendly company! However, no children under the age of 18 shall be left unattended while services are being provided.
